Services 

Weekly - Once a week and Semi weekly - 2 times a week,  on a designated service day

One Time, Spring time, Winter thaw cleanups, and special event cleanups available -  based on a 3 week and up waste accumulation. Payment for these cleanups are due upon completion payable by credit/debit card or cash. 

Payment for weekly service is Prepay. You will receive your invoice by the 15th. of each month and payment is due the 1st. of the next month for that months service. Payment may be made by check, money order, or made online.

At times it may be necessary to change your service day to accommodate new routing. You will be notified of any changes.

These rates are based on grassy areas only and an average size yard of 1/3 acre.  Each additional area to be serviced will be an extra $10.00 charge per month. Front, Back, & Sides (whole yard) $30.00 and up extra per month depending on size. 

This is a non taxable service in the State of Ohio. 

Spring Cleanups / Winter Thaw Cleanups/ One time *

There is a minimum charge of $45 for the first 1/2 hour

and $12.50 for each additional 15 minute increment.

****Payment for One Time Cleanups, Spring Cleanups /Winter Thaw cleanups must be rendered by debit/credit card  or cash upon completion of cleanup.
